For many years MWE Architects have been working closely with the developer, Countylife Homes on many successful high quality residential developments in Northumberland.

The site is located just outside of the historical town of Morpeth which comprises an intimate group of 3 detached homes set in open countyside. Each building has been designed as a two storey dwelling with room in the roof to minimise its impact on the surrounding countryside. The architecture is reminiscent of the arts and crafts period which uses traditional materials, red brickwork, render, rosemary tiles to the roof, and lead lined dormers.
