Construction in progress: Brunton Woods, North Gosforth
Construction work is progressing well on a high quality residential development consisting of 7 new homes set in Brunton Wood, on the edge of the suburb of Gosforth. The houses are constructed using a timber frame construction which is a sustainable form of construction offering the lowest CO2 emissions in comparison to any other build type.
The exterior is finished with a balance of random rubble stone with Northumbria Cottage brickwork to offer a sense of individualism, whilst responding seamlessly with the charming former farmhouses on Brunton Lane. Natural slate roofs, stone detailing and high performance traditional style windows reinforce the architecture which is further complemented by professional designed landscaping and garden areas.
