After a successful prestart meeting & briefing through with our client, we are delighted to see work begin on site for this contemporary residential extension in Stocksfield, Northumberland.

Location: Stocksfield, Northumberland
Located within the Painshawfield Estate, the proposal is in line with the local planning committee’s criteria as well as Northumberland Council planning policies, receiving planning approval in April.
The new extension, housing a modern living and dining space and master bedrooms, aims to frame the existing 19th frontage using natural timber cladding and stone masonry to match the existing.
A phased approach has allowed our client to stay at home throughout the process, minimising disturbance to them through a managed construction approach.
The project is in line to finish for ready for Spring ‘22, and we are looking forward to seeing the design progress!
