In collaboration with Countylife Homes, this project delivers five luxury apartments set within landscaped grounds at Greystoke, Morpeth. The development combines private and communal outdoor space, with its unique location enhanced by mature lime and beech trees that provide a sense of privacy and exclusivity. The apartments are arranged above a basement car park, maximising the site while ensuring a discreet and elegant arrival sequence.

The design draws inspiration from the substantial neighbouring properties while establishing its own distinct architectural character. Balconies, chimneys and carefully composed fenestration echo elements of the Arts and Crafts tradition, while external finishes of cut stone, render and natural slate root the building in its local context.
