We are pleased to share that proposals for a new self-build dwelling have now been submitted for planning approval. The project has been developed closely with our client, replacing an outdated bungalow with a contemporary home designed to respond sensitively to its semi-rural setting and to take advantage of long-range views across the surrounding landscape.
Our involvement has included early engagement with the local authority through a pre-application enquiry, which received a favourable response and helped guide the design development. This process has ensured that the proposals reflect both the aspirations of our client and the planning context of the site.
